American Thrive, Inc is a not-for-profit organization. We are a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization. . We provide document preparation services at no cost to a nominal cost to qualified recipients. We are a non-lawyer organization that prepare divorce petitions, child modification, will, simple trust, Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions, assist with income tax issues, and prepare uncomplicated immigration petitions. We assist ex-felons with resume writing, business plan, and setting-up legal structures of businesses, such corporations. Assist the indigent with technology to apply for food stamps and unemployment. This program will allow ex-felons the guidance in starting their own business. In addition, we help Veterans prepare there disability claims for submission to the Veterans affair. We do not represent veterans be fore the VA. For complicated legal cases that require an attorney, those will be referred out to our legal partners.
